Called a red bitter in the region and is traditionally mixed with dry sparkling wine and a twist over ice

Apricot eau de vie base, fresh fruit and sugar. Accurate aromas. Very dramatic! Well seasoned with an appropriate amount of sugar. Alcohol snap tightens up the finish nicely. Restrained sweetness allows some stellar stone fruit character to shine through. ch
