Producer Mezcal Espadín 1 Liter IZO a regal blended Scotch craftedProducer Mezcal Espadn starts with pure Espadn agave grown, harvested, crushed, fermented and distilled in Ejutla La Noria. The producer states that its agave matures for seven years, is roasted for 60 hours in a traditional earthen horno, crushed with a bull pulled tahona, fermented for eight to ten days in cypress tanks, and double distilled in a plated copper pot still. Green and vegetal notes meet smoke, earth, spice and mineral character, ending
