n0448 - Square Back Septarian Nodule Size: 3 1/8" long xA fabulous natural uncleaned square back quartz crystal cluster from Arkansas that has a dark brown iron oxide coating that has tiny barnacle crystals on the backside. This cluster is called a square back because it formed on top of a calcite bed which later weathered out leaving three square cavities on the bottom. Stands on its own. Weighs 5. 5 oz. Size: 2 1 4" long x 2" wide x 3 1 4" tall.
