The producer finishes the spirit for 16 days in French oak casks that previously held Napa Valley Chardonnay. Bottled at 40% ABV, it comes in a handcrafted ceramic vessel shaped with inspiration from the agave pia and accented with obsidian. Aromas of papaya, white flowers, vanilla, and allspice lead the producers profile. The palate
