TAE Buffer Rotiphorese 7732-18-5 a protein of interest isROTIPHORESE10x TAE Buffer ROTIPHORESE 10x conc. ROTIPHORESE10x TAE Buffer contains 0,4 M Tris, 0,2 M acetic acid and 10 mM EDTA in distilled, deionised water; pH 8,3. The TAE buffer is optimally suited as a gel and running buffer system. TAE buffer has a lower buffer capacity than TBE and can be used with higher voltages, longer gels and larger DNA fragments. The gels heat up during running to a lesser extent than when using the running buffer TBE.
