1872 $4 Bank of Acadia Nova Scotia C-05-10-02 - Net Good Buffalo Nickel KM# 494 Denomination 500 ReisThis exceptionally tough note comes from the Bank of Acadia, the shortest lived bank in Canadian history at only three months and twenty six days. Notes in the VG Fine range typically sell for between $1200 & $1600. Uncornered this note would grade somewhere between VG10 & F12. For a bank that comes along once in a blue moon, and for a note with this obvious deficiency, we think this is a fair price.
