This English Staffordshire flow blue plate is old, marked Improved Stone China, this rare ironstone plate was made in England by the Charles Meigh & Co., circa 1835 1861. The plate measures approximately 8 1 8" in diameter and is a very pretty antique English piece with crazing, no cracks and minor surface scratching and blips.
