The headrail of this blind is solid metal with a powder coating white colour and is easily cut with a hacksaw. To shorten the vanes, simply fold the top of the vane around the plastic bar supplied , and slide over the top section to grip the vanes. Then simply hook the top of the vane into the headrail, and thats it!
