Polished Lime Magnesite specimen. MAP218 Orbicular Granite 115 mm x 75 mmMAP218. Magnesite (Lemon chrysoprase) rough rock, cut and polished on one side with a natural back. Half of a complete nodule ! Dimensions at widest points approximately 120 mm x 70 mm x 45 mm thick. Weighs 596 grams. The subtle lime green colouration is caused by the presence of nickel mineralisation. From north of Kalgoorlie , Western Australia.
