Iwai Tradition is a malt based spirit that is a true reflection of contemporary Japanese Whisky. Iwai Tradition is an incredibly balanced whisky, with a soft mouthfeel and layers of flavor. The whisky is aged in a series of sherry, bourbon and wine casks, and has delicate hints of light peat.
