Durall Rock Maple Miter Box No. 416, c 1960 F*S Smith-Corona replacement Drive Belts This is older than IThis was my Father's 1960 vintage Durall No. 416 rock maple hardwood miter box made in Yonkers, N. Y. It is kiln dried, jointed and rabbet cut and you cas see that is hardly used. A miter box is used for left or right hand sawing at 45, 90 and 135 angles. There are some superficial stains but otherwise, it looks almost new after 65 years of storage. Durall didn't make miter boxes for that long, just ~20 years from 1941 to 1961. That era is considered
