Germany, Third Reich. A Fire Brigade Honour Decoration, Ii Class Hold but typical Meybauer(Reichsfeuerwehr Ehrenzeichen II. Stufe). Instituted 22 June 1936 by Wilhelm Frick. (1936 1945 issue). Constructed of silvered bronze with multi coloured enamels, on loop for suspension, consisting of a Geneva Cross, the obverse with white enameled arms overlaid by stylized red flames, bearing a central white enameled disc overlaid by a black mobile swastika, the arms joined together through the quadrants by a circular ring, the obverse bearing a
