Late 19th Century Art Nouveau Wooden Box with Metal Detail antique mortar and pestle it does have a teenyThis beautiful box dates back to the early 20th century and is a beautiful decorative piece with Art Nouveau metal deisgn details, a decorative style characterized by flowing, organic lines, natural forms, and intricate, elegant ornamentation in the early 1900s. It is good for little storage too. It has many scratches and marks commensurate with age but is a beautiful example of Art Nouveau design. Dimensions 27cm length x 17cm deep x 8cm tall
