Germany, Third Reich. A 1936 Summer Olympics Commemorative Medal Newly Listed one featuring a circular portrait(Olympische Sommerspiele 1936 Erinnerungsmedaille). Constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from a German Olympic Decoration ribbon, the obverse bearing a raised German national eagle defaced by a mobile swastika and head adorned with a laurel crown, situated above Olympic rings and below an inscription of OLYMPIAJAHR 1936, the reverse bearing a wreathed and engraved date of 1. 11. 36, the obverse maker marked with the logo of an unidentified
