Designed for use with cannon in the late 18th century. Bears branded markings in the horn of "B2 60", perhaps 2nd Battery, 60th Regimen? The wood base plug has a large Broad Arrow stamp indicating British military use. A truly massive gunner's horn and well marked indicating historical use.
