Flora Kung Silk Velvet Vintage Dress Peplum Size 4 linen napkins This Standard New Idea DesignerThis is a fabulous 1980's vintage dress from Flora Kung. The dress is made of a rich black silk rayon blend velvet with a silk peplum. There are shoulder pads and a hook and eye closure at the neck that is decorated with frog closures. The short sleeves and keyhole opening at the bodice are piped with black satin and the dress closes with a side zipper and snaps. This dress is labeled a size 4. We estimate this would best fit a modern size 4 as well,
