Sweden, Kingdom. An Order Of The North Star, I Class Commander Star, C.1920 Newly Listed with 99% of original German(Kungliga Nordstjrneorden). Instituted in 1748. Type III (1919 1951) In silver, type III with scaled arms, ball finials on all eight points on the arms, unmarked, measuring 72 mm (w) x 73 mm (h), vertical pinback, extremely fine. In its hardshelled case of issue, red and black patterned exterior, marked "K. N. O. K. I KRASCHAN" in the centre and trimmed along all four edges in gold coloured ink, inside lid in white satin, padded and maker marked "C.
