This is a really stellar piece, the ribbon bar of Lieutenant General Edmund F. OConnor, who graduated from the U. S. Military Academy at West Point, Class of June 1943. He retired in 1975 as a U. S. Air Force Lieutenant General. He is most well known for his contributions to the NASA Apollo 11 missions in the 1960s. The ribbon bar came in a manila envelope with OConnors name, and has a small piece of ripped paper with his
