Zur Weltausstellung 1855 in Paris erhielt das Chateau die Klassifizierung Cinquime Cru Classe. Seit 1960 bis heute entstehen beeindruckende Weine: gradlinig, sehr fokussiert, fruchtig (Cassis), pragnant mit beachtlicher Finesse und Feinheit.
