Pago de Carraovejas 2017 2021 cool and harmoniousBeschreibung Der Pago de Carraovejas stammt aus dem gleichnamigen, sehr futuristischen Weingut in Penafiel und wurde erstmals im Jahr 1991 abgefllt. Um das pure Aroma des Weines zu bewahren, wird hier auf eine uerst sorgfltige Verarbeitung Wert gelegt. Der Wein besteht aus 94% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo), 4% Cabernet Sauvignon und 2% Merlot und reift 12 Monate im Barrique. Dort entwickelt er sein sehr dunkles, fast lila violettes Gewand und seinen Duft
