Pet Nat "Blanc de Noir" Alk. 40%vol. Good length - fruityThe grapes for our Pt Nat come from the red wine variety Pinot Noir and were pressed directly without skincontact, hence the white colour. Crisp and with a perfect sugar acid balance, they were harvested by hand in the early hours of September and processed immediately.
