MARSELAN SASSOCHIERICO raffinato e armoniosoWeinbereitung Alkoholische Grung und Maischung fr 30 Tage. Reifung fr 24 Monate in neuen franzsischen Eichenbarriques (225 Liter) vor der Abfllung. Besonderheiten Ziel ist es, die traditionelle Produktion des Merlot durch neue Rebsorten zu bereichern, die sowohl aus weinbaulicher als auch nologischer Sicht interessant sind. Die Trauben bleiben lange am Rebstock (spte Ernte Ende Oktober, Anfang November) und werden anschlieend vinifiziert.
