The green coffee comes from Finca Soledad in the Andean region of Ecuador, run by Jos "Pepe" Ignacio Jijn. In June 2024, we were in Copenhagen during our participation in the World Coffee Roasting Championships. Of course, we took the opportunity to explore the local coffee scene and visit
