Constructed of magnetic metal, the obverse consisting of a ribbed oval disc with a black centrepiece surrounded by a white ring, inset with a gilt Cross Patte bearing a hand engraved monogram of Kaiser Wilhelm, the reverse retaining two lugs with a pin, unmarked, measuring 70 mm (w) x 85 mm (h), in very fine condition.
