Constructed of black rayon with a black wool underlay, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered silver aluminum wire Technische Nothilfe (Technical Emergency Corps TeNo) eagle insignia, the reverse retaining an embroidered makers label bearing a logo of G & W for an unidentified but widely documented manufacturer of TeNo cloth insignia, unmarked, measuring 85 mm (w) x 45 mm (h), demonstrating minor
