This pretty blouse is from the late 1980's and it is so beautiful when worn! It's hard to find pretty blouses in vibrant prints today and this one is really versatile and so much fun to wear! Very good condition there is a very small 3 8" hole under the arm and there is some discoloration and a wear on the wrap ties. My approach is
