These are so very rare! Developed by the CZECH Gun Designer SYLVESTER KRNKA in 1867, these conversions of the Russian 1857 Line Percussion Rifle were Officially adopted by the Imperial Army in 1869. The conversions from the Percussion ignition system to this breech Loading rifle were all carried out at the great Imperial arsenals, and this one was completed at Izhevsk. The arsenal's "Arrow" logo appears just above
