These are the NCY "Hustler" alloy wheels in a rich Black Ice finish. Front 10" x 2 3 4" 12 mm bearings will work with Disc Brake conversion forks. The rear 10" x 3 1 2" for use with a drum brake. Note: These rims will also work with Metropolitan with disc conversion front end. The front rim is specially
