The helmet retains some of the original olive green paint and has an original WWII era RF (Rpublique Franaise) "Flaming Bomb" marked Infantry badge attached to the front. The helmet shell is in good shape with some of the paint retained, although the comb has lost more of the paint as it is a different material. The chinstrap is original,
