Original German WWII Heer Army Single Decal M40 Helmet with Worn Camouflage and 1940 Dated 56cm Liner - ET64 Untouched Antique Guns accepted the suggestion for ProjectOriginal Item: Only One Available. This is a lovely service worn all original example of a German Model 40 Steel helmet, as issued to the Wehrmacht Heer (army). It looks to have been overpainted with camouflage during the war, however during its extensive service life most of that wore away, so now it has a great worn look, with the original multi colored camouflage partly retained over what looks to be an original early Apfelgrn (apple green) finish.
