To install this cup holder, you must remove the armrest pad. The bracket on the back of this holder fits onto the round tubular part of the weldment, with the armrest pad re screwed back over it. It is almost as fast to install this piece as it is to describe how to do it! Please not that this cup holder only fits Comfort Seat armrest
