Constructed of silver, the obverse bearing a central raised Nationalsozialistische Volkswohlfahrt (National Socialist Peoples Welfare NSV) insignia, circumscribed by an inscription of NS SCHWERSTERNSCHAFT (NATIONAL SOCIALIST SISTERHOOD), the reverse with a barrel hinge and horizontal pinback meeting a round wire catch, stamped with an member identification number of V2850, also stamped with a silver
